- Improved performance of the event list and the event template to load quicker.

- Changed the stacking order of the event strips in the timeline view
- The events on the timeline will now stack vertically, based on their hierarchical order.
- Tier 1 events will always be above Tier 2 events, Tier 2 events will always be above Tier 3 events.
- This applies when event time frames overlap each other.
- Fixed a behavior where the event modal could be saved without assigning a blocked reason when the Blocked status was assigned.
- Event strips, flags and date circle (3 month view) in Timeline view would appear pixelated. This has now been improved.
